We always have good experiences at this Tim Horton's. We typically get coffee, tea, something from the bakery, etc., and even when we have ordered sandwiches, everything always comes out quickly. The staff is friendly, and the food and beverages are tasty. It is clean inside.
I do wish there was a way to write corporate. Also, no napkins or receipt unless I request them. Odd right

Coffee from Tim Hortons is always good, but they were out of most of their menu items when I was there.
I would give them one star but one of the associates gave us two free donuts because the guy at the front didn't listen so that earned them a second star. We went in at about 6:45am. The guy barely greeted us. First my boyfriend gave his order. Then I ordered the sausage, egg, and cheese on a croissant meal. I asked for an iced decaf mocha in place of the medium hot that came with the meal. They were out of mocha (they just opened at 6am) so I settled on the vanilla. I then added an apple fritter and our order was complete. When they handed me my coffee it was still hot. By the time I got into my car, the ice was melted - delicious watered down warm "iced" coffee... When we got home (we live less than a minute down the road on the same street), the hash brown wasn't even warm. Donuts are kinda stale. Pretty disappointed. I'd rather drive the extra miles to Starbucks on Wilder.
No more dried tomato assign cheese bagels, no more Turkey sausage, no more veggie cream cheese, all of which have been discontinued, no more vanilla chai, all of the things that I ordered.
